Job Description:

  1. Works as security at front gate, directing members, guests and vendors to the appropriate location.
  2. Works the front desk as required, checking guests in and out of guest rooms and greeting Members as the enter our Club.
  3. Answers switchboard phones.
  4. Works security for special events.
  5. Adheres to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the employee handbook, Club policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where needed.
  6. Maintains a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.
  7. Is familiar with the daily activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guests. Checks accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greets guests upon arrival and ensures escort to accommodations if appropriate.
  8. Attends monthly department meetings and embodies our Standards of Excellence, Core Values, Mission and Vision and promote a strong team atmosphere and culture.
  9. Is aware and able to enforce all fire-life-safety procedures. Remains current in all updates with regards to new procedures and training. Ensures staff is fully trained in emergency procedures.

Experience and Skills:

  • High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent
  • 1-2 years in a customer service role; previous Front Office experience desired
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory as well as the ability to speak, read and write clearly.
