Job Description:

The Pastry Chef is responsible for menu and recipe development of. This includes plated desserts and high-volume pastry production. This candidate is to cultivate relationships and understand ordering of products and inventory procedures. The Pastry Chef will assist to oversee the overall running of the kitchen, cleanliness and organization.

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Responsible for assisting all aspects of managing Kitchen operations
* Maintaining a proper line set up for all service periods
* Maintaining appropriate production quantities and standards
* Menu development and recipe testing
* Proper handling and storage of all product

Experience and Skills:

* Possess strong leadership skills
* At least 2-3 years' experience in a fine-dining restaurant
* Possess strong people skills
* Ability to train staff
* Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
* Punctuality and reliable attendance
